Once your vehicle is reserved, our system sends the proforma invoice directly to your email inbox with all the details. SBT only accepts bank transfers to its main account in Japan. Simply print the invoice and present it at your local bank. SBT only accepts payments sent via bank transfer to our main account in Japan, which will be mentioned in the proforma invoice sent by Csd@sbtjapan.com. The client must print the invoice and present it at the bank for the transfer.

If SBT does not find your choice at auctions or in its vehicle stock, your deposit will be refunded 100%. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM IF YOU RESERVE A VEHICLE FOR A FEW DAYS AND DECIDE TO CANCEL IT. IN THIS CASE, A PENALTY WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PAYMENT.

We need to be sure that the client has honest intentions to purchase. In any case, your money will be returned if you do not reserve or if we have not been able to find your preferred vehicle.

There are no additional charges. The amount mentioned on the invoice includes all fees related to your order as agreed during negotiations before payment.

SBT does not charge any penalty in case of payment delay. Please note that you must provide proof of payment within the following 5 days to reassure us of your good faith.

At SBT, you have the possibility to make your payment in installments. 70% or 100% depending on the trust you show to SBT. Upon receiving only the first installment; SBT ships your vehicle so that you receive your vehicle shortly. The documents will only be sent after full payment (100%) of all our fees.

An automatic email will be sent to you once your payment is received by SBT. Additionally, you can view your payments and purchases by logging into your SBT client account.
