Once your vehicle is reserved, our system will send the proforma invoice directly to your email with all the details. SBT only accepts bank transfers to its main account in Japan. Simply print the invoice and present it at your local bank. SBT accepts payments only via bank transfer to our main account in Japan, as specified in the proforma invoice sent from csd@sbtjapan.com. The customer must print the invoice and present it to the bank for the transfer.

If SBT cannot find your chosen vehicle at the auction or in its stock, your deposit will be fully refunded. This is different from when you reserve a vehicle for a few days and later decide to cancel it. In that case, a penalty will be deducted from your payment.

We need to ensure that the customer has genuine intentions to buy. In any case, your deposit will be refunded if you do not reserve a vehicle or if we are unable to find your preferred vehicle.

There are no additional charges. The amount listed on the invoice includes all fees related to your order, as agreed upon during the pre-payment negotiations.

SBT does not charge penalties for late payments. Please note that you must provide proof of payment within 5 days to assure us that you have acted in good faith.

At SBT, you have the option to make your payment in installments: 70% or 100%, depending on the trust you have shown to SBT. Upon receiving the first installment, SBT will ship your vehicle so you can receive it promptly. Documents will only be shipped after full (100%) payment of our fees.

An automatic email will be sent to you once your payment has been received by SBT. Additionally, you can view your payments and purchases by logging into your SBT customer account.
